I'm setting up an Amiko LX800 for a friend I did a factory reset and when I go to settings for time-date and region. The date and time is incorrect and when I change this to current date and time and it appears to save and when I go back to home screen the year is 2015 can some off you learned members please advise on how to correct this.

Did you connect it to WiFi or ethernet?
I think it updates time/date via internet

Thers's a new s/w update just now.
Not sure if it makes much difference but worth a try?
