Hello,

Recently purchased the above but I can’t seem to connect to the portal. I have reset my router and removed all shields/protection from my broadband. It loads a quarter of the way then says login failed. I’ve tried the box on a different IP in a different household and it worked fine. Any ideas on how to rectify this?

Make sure you have turned off any safe settings on your router. Try tethering off your mobile and see if that connects.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately that didn’t work. YouTube works on it but for whatever reason I still can’t connect to the portal. I’m with Sky Broadband and all the safe settings are turned off. Any other ideas?

Have you given your provider the correct mac either starting 00:1A:79 or 00:1B:79
