Amiko t2/cable box won't turn on after reboot

Hi

can someone please help me I was installing firmware on my amiko box with the USB after installing firmware the box rebooted but didn't turn back on there is just a small green led light on. Any help please

best to add all info like what firmware you used,and you powered off box and removed usb??

Thank , what do I have to do, do I install one of these with the rs232 cable.

so am i lol,it says it is a rar file was it extracted first then sent to usb?is that not the way the box is flashed?

no idea with files,any previous posts on forum with that box to use?
