Android box slower speed

Hi hope someone can help in that I'm getting about 35/40mbps but a speed test on two boxes direct to router only gives about 15/17mbps. It seems to be throttling the speed for some reason yet on my PC its showing around 37 which is connected directly. Is this a general fault or something that happens to android boxes and is it worth investing in a better box.

Try different ethanet cables what android boxes are they

Tried different ones. Boxes are a Yoka TV KB2 Pro and a H96 Max.

I read somewhere about using a static IP address, do you think that might make a difference.
