Android box with zgemma?

So I have ordered the zgemma h2s and should have it tomorrow but I've heard the likes of kodi and mobdro don't work too well on them? If that is the case should I get an Android box also? What is the best Android box and why?

Going by what other members have said your better off getting a seperate android box for kodi. Which box you want depends on how much your willing to spend and what are you going to use it for. If your looking at movies, gaming, IPTV, i would be looking at a top end box...Minix, Nvidea Shield, T8 AML V4. If you just want to watch movies and tv, a firestick ,beelink mini mx or tronsmart box for around the £30 mark would do the job.
Check out the for sale section, layercake has got some MXQ PRO android boxes for sale. Definately worth a punt at £32.

Thanks. Can u play the retro games on these boxes? The likes of Mario and old Nintendo games and is there a gaming controller with any of them?

If you want to play games the firestick is a no go because it doesnt have any usb ports. you can buy joypads for the android boxes. The nvidea shield is a dedicated gaming box.
The only thing i can suggest is to get as much info as possible before making your choice on what box to purchase. Happy googling 👍

Bargain for £35 (you might find it on ebay a bit cheaper) DealsMachine: Beelink MiniMXIII TV Box H.265 Full HD 4K x 2K KODI Media Center Amlogic S905 Quad-Core 64bit 2.4G WiFi Bluetooth 4.0 HD 2.0

A bee link is a rebranded box of which I sold loads called a ubox. The mx in the name means uses cheap parts. Go for a good well known brand that is not trying to be something it's not. (Sticker change)

That's deal machine btw is a con. I got a box of there and took 36 days to turn up

Which box would you recommend? I was giving a cheap option that works well & that i have actually used myself. Beelink is not a rebrand of anything the box is nothing like the ubox (1gb ram, 8gb rom, Android 4.4, Amlogic S805 & the size of a brick) where as the beelink is half the size 2gb ram, 16gb rom, Android 5.1, S905 Quad-Core 64bit which is basically twice the box you admit to selling loads of so why slag off a better box?

Dealsmachine is a con because you bought a box off there & it took 36 days to arrive how does that make it a con? I've ordered hundreds of things from there & they all usually arrive within 2 weeks. I was giving the dealsmachine link as an example, there's several sites you can buy that box from, that's why i also mentioned ebay.

In my experience most android boxes play old retro games fine, i mean speccy, master system, nes ect, just make sure it has a spare USB (or mini/micro usb), as most power up via usb, an OTG lead is always worth ordering as well.

Cheap box: MXQ £25 decent reliable box
Mid Range: Amazon Fire Tv 4k Box £79 excellent solid out does most in this range.
Money no option: NVIDIA SHIELD TV £149-£200 the best there is u can even run as a plex server now.

it is pretty much a console swell as a tv box youtube it theres plant of videos. even better if you use plex its not just a KODI box

I dont own a shield but its powerd by android and you can get fee apks (apps) it has esfile explorer & you can put aptoid on it. Aything an android box can do the sheild can its a powerfull box so its quicker and slicker and yes you can retro game. Also pc gaming not just android apps. Im saving for one secretly so the misus doesnt know till its delivered haha

Ill be buying from their official site. Retail stores like game and pcworld sell them too but im guessing you may get a bit cheaper elsewhere i havent noticed any difference in price. Ill be going for the one with controller.

I'm also looking for an android box to stream from a zgemma box for the multi room experience. To run kodi, maybe dream player and some other IPTV apps. Wired not wireless.
