Android Problem.

I'm having problems with Android Boxes & Firesticks. My Zgemma & VU+ boxes run fine, but as soon as I power up an Android Box, or Firestick, my connection drops out & keeps looping. I've tried different Android boxes/firesticks, but it happens with them all.
It happens on both wired & wireless connections. I have checked all cables & changed the filter. IPv6 is disabled.
It happens with my Netgear DGND3700v2 router. I have swapped routers, with the same model. I have checked that the firmware on that is up to date. I'm with +net.
Any ideas, please?

Have you opened any ports on your router?

No, how do I do that?
It all worked ok, till a couple of weeks ago, I have changed nothing.

Have you reset turned off your router?
May need to contact supplier has maybe a problem on your line?

Yes, did all that, & think it might be a line fault, as noticed some noise, when using the phone. I'll call them, 1st thing in morn.

No problem mate they maybe able to sort it out on the phone if not they will send an engineer to the exchange.
