To Install APK files on your droid phone from your computer:

1. Go to Settings-->Applications and make sure "Unknown Sources" is checked
2. Go to the market, download and install AppManager (Free Version)
3. Download the application or game you would like to install
4. Hook up a USB cable to your computer and copy the file to your SD card to SDCARD/AppManager/
-On HTC/Dream this is done by bringing down the taskbar and selecting "USB Connected" from the list and choosing to mount the phone then copy from your computer and paste into SDCARD/AppManager/
