A few pics of the Snow.I took the pics today,Notice i did not venture out too far.Pics are of my road where i live.Won little boy,next door neighbor is having a ball playing with snowballs.First pic is outside my front door.Some Cars out and about struggling to get around.Why not post some of your pics of how you are getting on in your area;)​

LOL ally you'll notice there all basically of the same view, all you can really take from front door and front bedroom window ROFL

some were taking yesterday and some today, note how the little wall around park is disappearing :grimacing: lol
 
Yes Anto.Teresa went to shops for first time today,with two Daughters.Walking in snow not to bad,but tonight to freeze.Think i will go to vipers bar for a few drinkslollollollol Will take few more pics later to night.Take care Anto;)
 
Well Ally, I would certainly not drive in this weather my car looks like its made from snow lol has'nt been out of driveway since saturday :faint: (can't see it in pics)

Just checked kids college website, closed again tomorrow ;)

aye looks great but im going fishing to cavan tomorrow driving should be fun getting the car out hope all well your end

I ventured out to take some pics today,in my area.Main Roads seem to be ok.Mainly still bad,especially in the estates.Some neighbors and Children still having great fun in the snow lollol ​

Igloo In Ireland!

I came across these budding engineers building an Igloo (thanks to my daughter Síofra) in Ireland & decided to pop up a few shots of their efforts.

Who said anything about global warming? Actually, in the greater scheme of things, the next ice age is almost 10 million years late & judging by our weather over the last two winters this could really be the start of the next one lol



Who would have ever thought? An igloo in Ireland!

Well done on a fantastic build lads (y)

My daughter was not involved in the excellent igloo build Ally, she's more suited to a supervisory capacity lol you know, the nails and all lol lol

oh cool great pix guys! i did take some but been busy last few days playing trying to check out trains n schools. Been a nightmare. Hubby was of yesterday due to train line - and most of other lines in the area being totally closed. Not been out the house til yesterday when hubby took me shopping. Yes i did panic buy lol - well had no chocolate so HAD to get LOTS lol!
Main roads have been ok but my road and other side roads are still covered in Ice but gradually melting. I ventured out today coz it was only a short drive to end of road where roads form then on were clear. Hers a few of my pix
this was taken yesterday morning. Sorry photos not in any order just uploaded them from my phone to Imageshack in no order lol!

see my sons car ( or not) under the snow lol! passed his test last week got insured on tuesday and its been under snow since. If Ice clears 2mora he can actually take it out for a drive - poor lad!!!
