Anyone Recommend A Good IPTV Service for--- July-August-Sept 2019

Good morning. Looking for stable good quality iptv without buffering and vpn. Need to have 3pm, ppv, sports channels in FHD HD. Will need a 24hr test on weekends to test service at busy times. Thank you
