Anyone Recommend A Good IPTV Service for--- July-August-Sept 2019

Hi looking for somone from Ireland or UK with a high quality server with all Irish channels in HD ALL UK channels in HD ALL USA channels in HD and all sports/PPV in HD and up to date video and a group chat there is top quality of IPTV servers our there but can't find them please help been searching for a while thanks
 
My sub ends this week and I am looking to improve the quality of the EPG, get more +1 channels, including FTA/FTV and increase the range of current release UK VOD films and series

I am currently running an H5.2TC accessing FTV via Sat and IPTV via XtreamTV

Xtream tv epg is reliable but very basic epg.

I am looking for

High Quality Reliable Feed
No freezing buffering or dead links
No pixelation
Full HD on HD channels
No need for VPN on any day/time
Surround Sound ? is this possible yet ?
