ASUS EeeTop PC ET2002T: Hands-on Video

Asus’s ever impressive EeeTop PC’s are slowly getting more and more popular and by the look of things their new 20 inch ET2002T will not disappoint, a video demonstrating some of the EeeTop PC’s functionality can be seen below (some bad language is used).

The ET2002T is Asus’s first dual core EeeTop PC, it has two 1.6GHz cores, along with the impressive processing power the ET2002T also runs the Nvidia Ion chipset which should enhance graphic processing.

On the rear of the device there are 4 USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet port, a HDMI Out socket and also a Kensington key-lock port, also on the side of the 20 inch display there are an additional 2 USB 2.0 ports, a headphone and microphone jack socket and also a 4 in 1 cardreader, the ET2002T also has a built in webcam and a DVD writer.

The video mainly shows a few applications that Asus bundle with the PC as standard, these apps all use voice command and allow you to easily check weather around the world, convert currency and also instantly find music easily.

All in all the Asus EeeTop ET2002T looks pretty good and the voice recognition works pretty well, it is thought that in Europe it will retail for €599 which is roughly the equivalent of $600-$700, it should be available later this month. Check out Engadget for more details.
