Auto update channel list skybox f5s

Hi can anyone tell me if you can auto update skybox f5s? If so how?

I don't think you can.. only the newer ones

Download and install firmware No76 from www.yojiatech.com----then go menu--network settings--network upgrade--connect and now you can upgrade channel list and firmware.Its not auto but as near as possible.

Can you update it manually from the box instead but not auto update. Is this what you mean?

As the reaper says No. 76 is for the F5S.
