Hi, I'm having an ongoing issue with my box. It's a cloud ibox 2+ with sucmnsee's vix apollo 22 image. For some reason when autobouquet maker updates with my ROI region selected, sly sports 3,4, & 5 never clear on the default frequency. I have to manually scan a different frequency and add them. My line provider is adamant that they are clearing on those frequencies. What could the problem be? It's annoying to have to do this every time I want to watch them.
