Hi did you resolve this issue?
My gemma h2h was working perfectly, unfortunately it came to the end of its 12 month line and then stopped working, I re-purchased a new line from the seller but now nothing seems to work. I trust that the line is in good and has helped when have had problems over the past 12 months. Keep getting same message saying Failed to tune Virgin (UK) on tuber B,
Tried updating via the remote, message saying update providers incompatible versions 2.9 > 3.1 message is coming up.
Downloaded the file above which pabloescaban uploaded, attached to the back of the box it is an IPK file after it was extracted, on system is says 0 packages installed, ungraded removed.
Not made a difference
Any advise on how to fix this?

Install ABM from post 18 or the other thread. Then update your ABM provider file again and then run ABM.

00012 is the net ID.
I have downloaded it and attached it to the back of the box but it didn't install. I will try again. it keeps saying 0 package installed.

When your in 'install ipkg' menu and that list comes up, you have to select the package, green tick, then install

Hi, yes, selected it and then pressed the green button and its still saying 0 package.
What else can I do, any help is appreciated. this is very frustrating without TV for the past 4 days.

Its worked somehow, i pressed ok and scan, its sorted it , thanks everyone for the help :)
If you update provider files and get an error, you may need ver 3.1
no problem, when your Mrs has stopped driving your nuts, check the autobouquetsmaker, you may need to either update to ver 3.1 or probably flash the box, takes 20 mins, loads of people here can help you through every step
