Best IPTV boxes

Hi

I am using a Zgemma H9T for IPTV. is there any better boxes out that there that are enginma2 and IPTV and are priced around £100?

Why not take a trial to rule out box issue if provider epg needs updating as the box has nothing to do with epg that's down to provider and epg importer which is a plugin is it the rytec what's not importing or iptv

What about Jedi that should get epg?
 
im using e2m3uboiuquet i have ticked the iptv in EPG import when i run a scan for import it looks like it doesn't even try as it says "0 events" immidetely. i have tried 2 other provides and get the same thing.
 
they have given a URL for "xtream-codes" is that the same as xtream editor plugin. if i try this do i need to do a clean flash of open atv first?
 
Why wouldn't you use stalker?.. isn't it a bit like using a buzztv or formuler box with an alternative app instead of their purpose built ones?.. If I'm wrong my bad but that was my understanding.
 
Last time I tried stalker client plugin on my vu uno4k it would login but not play streams. This is a different version that's in zgemma though.

I have the same box, use e2m3ubouquet for IPTV and epg importer for epg and it has worked fine for every provider I've used so far. For info I'm on 6.3 using Wooshbuild Infinity.

I've always been given an m3u plus url and just edited my own details from that for the epg url in the configs file and made sure it is selected in sources in epg importer.

For example, from the configs file

<epgurl><![CDATA[http://myprovider:port//xmltv.php?username=USERNAME&password=PASSWORD]]></epgurl><!-- XMLTV EPG url -->

Is your config file possibly wrong?

I would have thought it would have to follow the prescribed style in the default config file to work, but I don''t know enough about it to say for sure.

what about trying

<epgurl><![CDATA[http://epg.xxxxx.com/epg/epg.xml.gz]]></epgurl><!-- XMLTV EPG url -->
 
Epg url should look like this http://provider_url/xmltv.php?username=YOURUSERNAME&password=YOURPASSWORD
 
I only use epg import request a trial if trial iptv epg populates then that may indicate provider epg problem but not all will give m3u maybe different plugin used
