Best way to wipe

just bought a new tower, want to wipe the old one so i can put it on gumtree or ebay etc.., what's the best method for a full wipe? would like to keep windows 7 in though so the new buyer has a o/s, ( i have the disk anyway ) wipe then put win 7 back in ? or just wipe & give the disc? & how do i wipe? any advice ?

I am assuming your old tower contains a traditional magnetic HDD, not a hybrid or SSD. If so then this software will work for you.
