BFG GTX 295 and 285 graphics cards with liquid cooling

BFG have recently announced that they are releasing new versions of their GeForce GTX 285 and GeForce GTX 295, these new versions are limited edition versions with self contained liquid cooling as standard. These liquid cooled versions of the card are called the BFG GeForce GTX 295 H2OC and the BFG GeForce GTX 285 H2O+.

The BFG GeForce GTX 295 H2OC with ThermoIntelligence Advanced Cooling Solution is said to be available today from retailers such as NewEgg for the U.S and from reputable online retailers in the UK, at the time of this post they were not shown on any of the retailers I checked, however they are expected to be available sometime today. No price has been announced yet, but it shouldn’t be too long till we find out. Remember there will only be a limited amount of these units available.

The BFG GeForce GTX 285 H2O+ should be available this time next week, there is also no announced price for this unit, as with the 295 it should be available from NewEgg for U.S and other reputable companies for UK customers. As with the 295 there will be a limited amount of these units available.

With the ever growing cooling needs of today’s high end graphics cards its no surprise that we have seen out-of-the-box liquid cooling, albeit on a limited edition version of the card, I wonder if this will lead to more graphics cards with liquid cooling as standard. Check out HotHardware for full details.
