Sorry to bother you HiTeck, but I am unable to download the User manual. it downloads a bit and then stops

There is a little bit of an issue there, not sure what though. It took me a couple of tries to get it, but it did eventually complete.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I have a sv and i'am sick of it, was gona move to a bm7000. What do I need to get it going? I have a bbconection, 10meg and a old sky connection that's not being used. Thanks for any help I can get.
