blank screen - skybox F5

Hi Guys, Im new to the open box scene and just got myself a skybox f5. It was working until yesterday when I altered the screen resolution too high and now all I have is a blank screen and cant access any menus at all. Any help much appreciated. Mike

Try connecting the box to the tv with a scart lead so you can adjust the resolution back to a working setting.Then go back to hdmi.
