I got a call from a mate who said his box kept restarting with a blue screen crash when he changed channels

Ive got the box now and thought a reflash would sort it but it hasn't and it still keeps restarting when changing channels
It is ok while you are on the channel but as soon as you change it blue screens
Its Wooshbuild Infinity ATV 6.3 with the metrix skin on the h7s
Can someone read the crashlog for me to see what the problem is please

I'm not too good at logs but towards recent callbacks

Code:
14:22:05.7898 { } /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/twisted/python/util.py:815 untilConcludes 2020-05-14 14:22:05+0100 [-] Traceback (most recent call last):

14:22:05.7909 { E } /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/twisted/python/util.py:815 untilConcludes 2020-05-14 14:22:05+0100 [-] OSError: [Errno 5] Input/output error: '/media/hdd/timeshift/'
14:22:05.7911 [ E ] python/python.cpp:210 call [ePyObject] (PyObject_CallObject(<bound method InfoBar.ptsCleanTimeshiftFolder of <class 'Screens.InfoBar.InfoBar'>>,()) failed)

It's complaining about timeshift. Is the storage device setup correctly? Also if using USB and hdd check mounts haven't gotten mixed up
