boot problem

I have tired to updatemy box firmware and software over the internet.Box now crashes whenpowering on
the red light comes onand boot on the box
but no output to the tv
tired different usbsticks and firmware but still get nothing.

you have not told us IF you were using a VIX or ATV image... IF VIX you cant/shouldnt update online as its not supported & will cause issues, IF its ATV & your stuck on boot then it was probably an older ATV image... either way you now need to reflash the box! Id suggest using a backup from this site such as WooshBuild V5 (all instructions included) http://www.techkings.org/zgemma-star-h-2s/109524-wooshbuild-v5-zgemma-h2s.html
You may have lost your line details IF you didnt have them backed up or saved, contact your provider to get a copy

Id be interested to know how he can do that once its stuck on boot as you cant gain access to the box.... unless you know a way?
