Buffering and audio sync issue

I have an android box using perfect player.
I've just done a speed test and am getting over 40mb. My box is connected by cable to my router.

I have now tried 2 different IPTV lines from 2 supplier but have had either buffering or audio sync issues with both. Are these just over subscribed suppliers, or is there something I can at my end?

Hopefully @Faizaan will sort you out but Perfect Player can normally be fixed by changing the decoder in the app.

No audio on the channel I mentioned in email. That channel is also pausing repeatedly. I have tried both auto and hardware in decoder.

BT Sport 2 HD is working perfectly except that the picture isn't in HD

Channel 38 in the sports channels is indeed HD thank you.
I was watching channel 39 which is labelled HD but is in SD.
Best trial I have had so far anyway
