Help, I’ve got a buzz tv stick, had it about 2 yrs but now won’t connect to anyone’s server to get a sub. Can get Netflix Disney etc but won’t connect to subscribe to a supplier. Rebooted, checked for updates

What’s your Home Screen like, do you have App Store ect not sure but seems to possibly have its own native player which you might be trying to use and that might be the reason. Just guessing at the moment would need to know more.

I found that buzz didn’t like re direct urls are you trying user and pass or Mac or m3u
video codec has nothing to do with it not connecting to a server

That’s why I said in my next message it’s probably a native player that’s he’s using and thats probably what the issue is, so on the way to what you said.

Ask your provider to convert your line to user and password if he will give you the dns and try on user and password.
I’ve had the same issue with my vid stick and xrs4500 box.
Also are you using a port number in the dns plus /c on end
We're not sure if @Fatkat2k55 issue is resolved? from what we can see that stick is running Buzztv 4 not the latest Buzztv 5. The firmware is also not current.

Sorry how do I do an update, I always do check for firm ware updates it says version v20211110

Seems ism miles behind but no updates are showing on buzztv4
It is miles behind, what we need to do is manually send you an update.
