Cable Box Need Help

Can anyone tell me what box this is as it has no model numbers on it

Its a cable receiver and its stuck on boot so need to know if I can fix it if anyone can help

Hi have u turn it on while is loading us shouldnt be boot is should be come when u turn on it say boot then OOOO circle come up then tv picture come on have u try that?

Have turned it on says boot on display no button combination or usb stick in with various firmwares seems to change this

ok what about the connect cable lead it that in right place?? I shudnt be like I got the same one as you got m all working am be selling it soon

Yep it does it no matter what cables I connect , was thinking it needed the firmware reflashing but a bit tough when I don't even know the make and model of the box and how to flash it
