Cable (Kryptview) or Satellite (VU+/OpenBox)

Hi All,

Just wanted to get your opinions on the following - I have a Sky Dish and also a VM feed. I used to use a DBox2 for the VM (we all know what happened with those!) and have recently been using a SkyBox F5s for the satellite.

I would like to know whether I should go for either the Kryptview or the VU+/OpenBox route. Can either of these decode the encypted channels without the need for a 'gift' If so, which has the better picture quality, reliability, functions, etc.

Or can someone recommend anything better??

as far as i no you will need a c line for the VU+/OpenBox route not sure about the Kryptview thought they were just plug and go

Your right inbed..Kv just flash,load and enjoy..no subs its like the dbox but with lan (brdbnd)
