Cables from LNB

Hi,
I am hoping to set up a fixed dish with multi lnbs (4).
My question is, to make setting up easier.
Is it ok to use shot gun cable from lnb through lnb arm to 4 way diseqc switch (cable length at most 1 meter ), then normal size cable to reciver.

If its aluminium foil my answer would be no
Its notorious for faulting If its copper bradied its ok Wf100 or Ct 100 much better standard cable

Remember that you need f connectors with narrower holes for shotgun cable.

I’m still using the shotgun cable that Sky put down and it’s been fine.

If I were you, as it’s only 1m, I would use WF100 cable instead (assuming you’re putting in new cable)
