Can anybody help with adding new Channels?

Hello to everyone,

I'm VERY new to the whole zgemma box thing and have hit a snag that i cant seem to sort as i don't know what I'm doing to be honest. I have a zgemma H.2S i got it already set up and it works a treat, it has the latest wooshbuild and what seems to be the main plugins. The thing I'm stuck on is adding a new channel, here in UK they have recently launch Quest RED & Quest Red+1,this is what i did to try to get them,

Menu button, setup, service searching, automatic scan. Then OK and to do a full scan.
Then Pressed green button for plugin menu, then click ok on cross epg plugin and updated EPG.

The new channels do not appear in any channel menu,they should be on 162 and 233 i believe but i already have channels on those numbers.
The box does find the channels as they are listed in the "Last scanned" Tab but nowhere on any other Tab.

am I missing a step or something? Any advice would be much helpful.

Press portal then 3. It's on my guide ok.

Thanks for the reply, I just did portal the 3 but after download i still dont have them listed, I have Home & Health on channel 162 and DMAX+1 on 233.
Are there any steps i need to take before portal and 3?

Hi, Ive tried that and still the same, I wondered if its some channel swap thing as i already have channels in position 162 & 233?

My mate has same set up from same seller and his is the same as mine ie the new channels not showing.
 
Didn't even know about them channels tbh. Just done it automatically for me. Try portal 2 and delete EPG. Then press yellow scan.

How to find Quest Red
UK digital TV platforms carrying Quest Red from 15th March 2017 and relevant channel numbers:
  • Freeview channel 38 ^
  • Sky channel 162 (Not Northern Ireland)
  • Virgin Media channel 215
  • YouView* (BT TV / TalkTalk TV / Plusnet TV ) channel 38
  • EE TV* channel 38
  • Freesat Quest Red is not available on Freesat
  • Online:
*These platforms piggyback on Freeview, so you'll find them on the same channel number as Freeview, and reception is subject to local Freeview coverage. YouView is the platform that powers BT TV, TalkTalk TV and Plusnet TV.

No mention of plus 1

Is there a Quest Red+1 channel?
Quest Red+1 is currently only scheduled to be available on Sky, available on channel 233. (Not Northern Ireland)

are you in Ireland?

My EPG is not correct, just found quest red on 242 but epg is calling it Disc Shed +1
On the link you added the +1 is 233 and is 233 on my sly box which is still running.

hi ive just got the h2s box how did you set it up
i need to sort the image etc out
