Cant access 9991 menu on blade 7000s - but i know its working??

Hello, I have a blade media 7000s flashed with the lastest firmware (which i got from this site) allowing the 9991 menu. I have inputted my details and it the 9991 works.....however a few minutes after or perhaps after turning off the box the 9991 menu is no longer accessible...but i know its working since the channels are decrypted and working fine! however when i press 9991 nothing comes up.

This is very strange....The only way to get back the 9991 menu is to do a factory reset. As I said i know its live since the channels are decrypted however you cannot access the menu until factory resetting it. Im using the latest firmware patched BM7000s May 14 2012 86x

PRESS 9991 when on any channel, surely no need for factory reset. If you factory reset you will loose the 9991 option!!!!
