Can't access menu on my Zgemma H2s

Hi,

I am pulling my hair out with the Zgemma H2s I have installed the slyk skin but after attempting to add a line I can no longer access the menu and am now getting the error message below can anyone please help me before I pull all my hair out?

What skin/build have you installed !

Have you got a back up to restore too.
i don't know why harm you could do installing a skin but there is always a first lol

Is there anyway I can restore to factory settings without going through the menu? I can access the blue button options
