Done a network test
Lan adapter green tick
Local network green tick
DHCP disabled
IP address unconfirmed
Name server unconfirmed

If you change dhcp to enabled, does it connect then?
for the length of time it takes to flash, 30 mins, it may be the way forward.as @dave100 suggests

If it's not openatv 6.2 it's not worth trying to fix it

Should have updated open atv and then tried infinity or grogbuild many posts ago, and he would now be sitting down watching tv. if enabling dhcp does not work, then re flash.

That won't work you need openatv on to use wooshbuild infinity 👍

Press blue button and go across to flash online press green you will see 6.2 pick the latest at the bottom! Follow instructions simple as that! You will need a usb formatted in the back!!

• Press the Menu button on remote and select Setup -> System -> Storage Device -> Initialisation -> YOUR USB DEVICE -> Red Button.
  Once the initialisation has completed, hold the power button on remote until a menu appears and select Restart Gui.
• Step 3 : Make sure the storage device is mounted correctly by pressing the RED button on the remote and selecting Plugins -> Mount ManagerYour storage device should be listed and should say Mount: /media/hdd.
  If it does just press the exit button until you exit the menus, if it doesn't press the Green button to Setup Mounts and using the Left/Right arrows on the remote change the mount until /media/hddis selected and press the Green button to save. Answer yes if prompted to restart the box.

But you say factory reset the box which can be a pain in the ring on a zgemma box & that would wipe the box

Yep he has 6,1 on at the minute. hopefully he gets it updated soon. I would try avoiding a factory reset at all costs.

Will just reset it to 6.1 and if he follows woosh infinity guide it will work fine until he gets a usb flash drive.

It won't reset to 6.1 if you factory reset a zgemma box you will have big problem if you do that 😆

Trying to flash online, keeps saying not enough free space on HDD?? I've put a usb in the back which has been formatted
