Can't login page on dazn

Have dazn on my firestick set surfshark to Canada but says not available in your location but when I use my tablet it connects no problems so vpn is working the dazn app has been downloaded from German amazon store but no options to login anybody help
 
Double check your VPN is actually connected on the firestick. Also try rebooting your firestick and maybe even your router.

The ‘not available in your location’ message would indicate that your VPN is not connected for some reason.
 
Did u download it with a German vpn? What I mean is did you buy the dazn with a German ip?
And also are you trying to log in on both at the same time?
 
Don't need to buy dazn it's on amazon.eu store and yes VPN set to Germany I had it working last week but had to reset my firestick so had to start again
 
this is what I'm saying you got the dazn with German vpn from amazoneu and now trying to log in with canadian ip... maybe that's the reason but I'm not sure tbh
