Cccam connection problem on blade 5000s

hi ,can anyone shed some light on the following problem im having with cccam on a blade 5000s
ive loaded the firmware and config file by usb and all seems well
when i go into the 9991 cccam menu page i see all the details have loaded correctly but the button at the bottom of the screen is still yellow
i can connect via youtube,youporn etc but for some reason i cant get cccam to connect
my cline provider has asked if the softcam manager is running at startup?
im not sure how to confirm this

can anyone help as to what my connection problem could be

In the config file, have you pasted over the

"#" symbol

The line needs to start

C: blah blah
or
N: blah blah

Not

#C: blah blah
or
#N: blah blah

(See the example in the tutorial)

hi bees,yeah everything loaded ok on config file (loaded by usb)
it just seems to be a problem on my cccam
i entered a new n line & everything loaded up ok & working ok but

is there a limit to how many a digits a cline can contain on the ip adddress ?
what i noticed when entering the ip address on the cline manually it seemed to disapear from the screen around the 15th digit
the cline i was entering was 18 digits long.
i tried everything from reflashing the firmware & config files to my router settings but no joy or obvious fault
anyway im up in running with the n line so i will be keeping to that setup
I was more curious to how the cline aint working

bees ,btw ,forgot to mention ,it was your tutorial i used for this box setup
its spot on buddy even i couldnt go wrong
