CCTV dvr and ip camera

Hi Guys i run a pub and have a qvis dvr which runs 16 channels and is connected to internet 24 -7 i can view this on my phone via an app or a web browser This dvr also take ip cameras so i hve one ip and 15 normal but sine the ip camera has been coonnected i can no longer view on the web browser the app is still fine i have a static ip so its not the version dvr i have is a viper 16 channel hybrid dvr
any hnelp would recieved great thanks in advance

Which browser are you using?

What is displayed on the browser when you try to connect?

Hi yes i have edge in IE mode and an old version firefox
I get only the ip camera none of the bnc cameras are displayed

Sorry i should have said when i put in the ip address for the dvr it only shows the annke page and superlive plus i might try and change the port on the ip camera tomorrow
 
... I know this is an issue with Hikvision cameras as well. On the APP it's all fine, but has never worked on any browser I have tried...
( Hikvision ColorVu are brilliant for lower light situations. )
