Changed router

Hi all
Not sure this in the correct place as it is my first post. I have had a v6 s for over 12 months and it has been working fine apart from the odd freeze issues.
My router decided to die so I purchased a new Huawei and am getting over 10- Mbps .However since setting it up I have continual scrambles and it seems the only thing I can do is reboot all the time.
I have spoken with my supplier and he says no one else is having issues with the line, and try to reset dhcp on the new router.
I have done this and there is no change....Any suggestions please ?. Thank you.

I am connected via wifi so no cable issues

I think your search should start there. Wifi can be a bit hit or miss on these boxes. Maybe the wifi on your new router doesn't play as nice as your old one. Is it possible to run a cable to check? Most people use homeplugs where running cables is not an option.

Thanks for your reply...I live in about so homeplugs won't work I think. I will try to connect by cable and see if get any improvement...the trouble is router on one side of the boat and open box on the other...hence wifi !

Predictive text ! Should read I live in a boat.

you could purchase a long Ethernet cable for a few quid and try that, if its your wifi that's the problem and you cant use homeplugs you may not have any other choice
