Channel 4 HD & SD not working at all

Channel 4 SD no longer transmits in your area. Forget about it, its gone.
Channel 4 HD is on 579 MHz in your area. Other areas will have it on different frequencies. Mine is on 639.75 MHz
Task 1.
Please check whether you can receive and view the following services on Cable
Channel 4 +1
Chanenl 4 Audio Description
ITV +1
ITV HD
Task 2.
Can you check whether you can get a signal lock on the 579 MHz frequency?
Menu > Setup > Tuner config or Reception > Signal finder >
Tuner : Select your cable tuner with right/left
DVB type: Cable
Tune: Predefined transponder
Transponder: 579 MHz
Picture should look like the attached. Sorry, had to fudge the as I am in a cable a wireless area, we don't have whole number frequencies.
As people usually check the wrong frequency, please upload your screenshot. Sorry to ask, but people make this mistake regularly.
I will need you to perform scans with different file later, but no point confusing things yet
