Channel issue

Have a small problem with my channels.
Everything has been great since I got my line working until half an hour ago.
I switched over to Dave and got a black screen so tried a few other pay channels which were all OK. Checked Cwaites site and found that Dave has moved transponder today so I did an auto scan.
Still not getting Dave or a couple of other channels.
EPG and info bar are not naming the channels either






Any suggestions appreciated.

Did you scan in Autobouquetmaker ?

Setup - Service Searching Automatic Scan.
Wrong place??

If autobouquetmaker is set up to scan in morning will pick it up and store it

Spot on ... Did another scan through ABM and all back to normal. Had an idea that it would sort itself out in the morning scan.
Another lesson learnt :-)

One or two more things ... no biggies but -
Anyone know why I have 3 channels that won't populate in EPG until I click to view any of them -

Also, what are those outlined icons and how are they accessed? Been a long time since I had Sly!
