Channel List wrong order from supplier please help!!!!

Hi all,

Right here goes!

I have 3 suppliers
I use them all on stbemu

So my new 3rd supplier the channels are all mixed up and a bit everywhere in each group, everything is in right group just not in are.

supplier 1 and 2 channels are listed in correct order but these all have a number before the channels (so presume this sorts them in correct order)

Now my new provider on his own app they are also numbered and in correct order BUT ! when i add account to STB they are all number with 0 at the beginning which i what i think is causing the issues but he doesnt know what it could be or why they are showing as all 0's, so fine on his own smarters app just doesnt like stb.

Any help would be much appreciated as dont want to try and start editing channels myself

I don’t think there is anything you can edit your self, I believe it would be down to your supplier to edit it at their end.
