Channel listing and firmware for HD6000

does anyone know where I can find a video or a manual on how to use the spiderbox 6000hd in London? I am quite new with these things so a bit of help would be great.

Hi All,
sorted, upgrade the channel list the same way as you upgrade the software on the box, just go to software upgrade and choose the Channel list this time and not the software upgrade for the HD6000...
 
HELP :S

So if i download this patch. Is it as straight forward as downloading it on a USB stick and loading it on onto my spiderbox hd6000 ? or is it a much more complicated procedure.

I have a spider box HD 6000 but Have not a clue to install the new channel list

Is this the latest firmware. Any help would be appreciated cheers
