channels glitch only on specific ISP

2 friends both are with talk talk ISP phoned up last night as the channels were freezing every few seconds, when I tried mine I had no issue, I am on Virgin Media (using same server)

are the ISP up to something - or is this something on talk talk like packets being dropped

Talk talk service is crap of late.
Phoned them when back in UK as daughter paying for 18mb and was told really it's only 6 guaranteed.
Said then why am i getting less than 1mb d/l jitter of 40 and 15% packet loss !
They updated the router firmware remotely which improved but still hit and miss.

Talk talk are crap for broadband now days was OK when first come out how has your mates got there iptv running is it wifi or ethanet and what devices are they running it through

not IPTV but Sly channels on CS

running Ethernet cable.

With a slow ping and any jitter/packet loss the cs will be constantly freezing/glitching.

Try rebooting the router then setting up a static IP might not solve it but worth a shot.

ok-.ive noticed when it freezes i get ‘no new ecm info’ message when i look at the softcam panel.
it runs on mgccamd_1.38r1.
