Channels gone off

Two of the Movie channels that were on have gone off and not come back on
Last week I had most of the movie channels working with the exception of Sky Showcase and Cinemoi
This week I lost Sky Family and today True Movies 1
Surely by now we should be getting more channels back and not loosing them???? :no no:
I would like to see Disney Cinemagic come on, it seems to be taking a long time to get the channels back on again ?

Yes mine all went off late last night about 11-00pm Gmt
They are back on again today 13.00 Gmt minus the still two missing movie channels

I wish they would get their act together today I got True Movies 1 back on and lost TCM
This has been happening for a while now, one day I have a channel on next day its gone down and I get a different one come back on

yep off for ages swapped around lan's re scanned after factory re set all kinds you name it ive treid it there's a few people reporting its gone down now :boo:

outside fault from virgin,it would be worth saving a link to their website to check if it goes down then it should mention your area.

Check your broad band connection, do a box default and rescan
I have most of mine back but I have some more down that were on

nothing weird channels can be listed in menu and not work then work again after a number of days,it is a fact of life with cable boxes even back to sv1lol
