Ok I have done a reboot box and router
and I still have these not working are you saying these are are all on?

I got all the sky sports\movies but no children's channels working i.e. Disney channel, Disney Junior...any news if these are down.

All the ones in my last post still off signal strength ranges from 77 up to 88 depending on the channel.
I can see the program description in the EPG but cant get the channels to unscramble
As for network Id I can only see one when I do a re scan = (8) Nottm area

Ok I have tried every thing I can think of including re scan and removing one of the splitters, but I still cant get back what I had on before the Monday server fault

when i went down i changed my router moden and all cable feeds for new im ok with my service now while changing the kit i noticed one of my feeds had a nik in it! point is check your cabes for nik and bends start over with your equipment u may figure somethin out

I dont see what could possibly change the way my router or cables work since they are still the same as they were when I was getting most of the channels I am now not getting.
It is obvious to me that this is a kryptview problem and not a problem my end, I dont see why just because of a server fault that the channels in my list which were on are now not working or are still scrambled after the server came back on???????

if it is a kv problem everybody would get the same problem,area problems with breakdowns or upgrading effects local spots so different tps may go down.

The channels on your missing list is correct,you have no more or less than others.

The irish channels do not broadcast on the virgin network in Northern Ireland that i am aware of, you are connected to the uk system so you get the Uk channel list provided.

Yep but they would need a NI card for to do that which they are not going to have, so i would say they wont get them on cable now.

OK its now 10 days since the server came back on line and for me nothings changed I still have the same missing channels not working despite the fact that they were on before the server went off???
Its not just me that has this problem so does any one know what is happening or when these channels are going to come back ????

Thanks for the info I just checked them out and they are now on for me.
I think I must be getting the updates a little later than you as they were not on Tuesday but I did not check them out yesterday so they could have come on then

All receive the "updates" at the same time perhaps rebooting your box may have helped.

Well I turn the box off from the mains at night so when its switched back on the next day it is being given a reboot.
