Hello guys
i'm new to the forum.
I'm having problems viewing scrambled channels on my skybox f3
I actally have the cccam.cfm file loaded on the box and i have a c-line as well but i can only get the free channels,
I have a test c-line for 5 days but i know it's not the c-line as i have tried 2 different c-lines before this one and it is still the same problem,i can't get scrambled stations like sky sports,sky movies etc.
Is there like a kind of setting i need to do apart from the dumping of the cccam and all the local network stuff.
I loaded the c-line myself all the three times correctly but i still can't access so many channels.
Pls any help for solution will be much appreciated.

have you activated the ethernet port? new boxes are set to get their internet connection from gprs as default and not ethernet. to activate ethernet its menu>network local settings>network settings there should be a green dot on the ethernet tab if not(red dot) press activate in the ethernet tab and reboot satbox.
also after reboot check the ethernet tab again to make sure the green dot is there now.
If you still having problems go to the ethernet tab again press setup on the tab and make sure dhcp is set to ON and reboot satbox again.
If its still not working after that then it could be the lines not active or a router firewall stopping the box from connecting to the internet.

Also, did you activate your line after entering it? You need to select your line in "Manage CCcam cfg" menu & press green button to activate it. Reboot box. Your line should then show "online" next to it.

I ill try the Ethernet port solution.
Yes Kremmen,i activated the line and i made sure there was the green tick by the side but it always said offline.
I never got an online all the time i did it.
Rebooting the box,that is just simply turning it on and off isn't it or is there a special way of rebooting the skyboox f3.

i have just checked the ethernet,it had the green dot on it.
But i had to turn the the dhcp on as it was off.
after that i turned the box off and on to reboot it but the c-line is still saying offline.
I really don't know what to do now.
As the c-line is a test one which should last for 5 days as i want to be sure the c-line is freeze free before i buy it.
Do you have any idea how i can download the latest cccam.cfg file 2.0.11 version.
I have just checked the c-line,it was sent on the tuesday the 26th and it should be for 5days which expires today so i don't know if it is still active or not.
 
you cannot add a different CCcam its fixed in the firmware and its closed source that wont make a difference anyway. you can test the youporn app menu>network local settings>apps>youporn(code=0000) if videos load up and play you are deffo online then its a deffo cline issue ran out/not working/entered wrong. if you get vids then you are good to go with decent cline entered

Tanks for your help.
I have finally sorted it out and the stations are now showing.
When i replied earlier,i had changed the dhcp but i didn't click apply so it didn't change anything but everything is sorted now..
Once again ,i'm most grateful
