Channels with no EPG

Alright chaps, a quick one just wanted to know if anyone knows/has experienced anything like this.

I've got IPTV set up with their own bouquets. I have some channels that don't have any EPG information so because of that it won't let me select the channel.

For example...

Channel 1: Program l Program l Program l
Channel 2:
Channel 3: Program l Program l Program l

So if I was on channel one moving up or down it would skip channel 2.

It automatically skips over selecting a channel if it has no EPG Information.

Any ideas people?? I've had a scout around and can't find anything relevant

EPG - menu - set skip empty services to no
