As your radio is a Mitsubishi manufactured radio, your radio code is not available by serial number (not that I've ever seen on the forums anyway)
Best try either main dealer or a workshop based radio decoding service.

Radio Mitsubishi ? however it is mentioned CHRYSLER on the case, with the model number P05091509AGA it is possible?

I know your radio is Mitusbishi by the serial number T00AM0227H1300. AM=Mitusubishi.
No ordinary forum members anywhere has the Mitsubishi serial number/ code database that I know..

You need someone who has access to the main dealership records or a workshop based radio decoder who will read the code from the eeprom chip.

(I'm not talking about car manufacturers, just radio / sound systems manufacturers like Mitsubishi, Alpine, Becker & Bose..all you'll find in Chrysler cars) ;)
