does the 232 really work trying to do something on the box to pc ,, i dont think its active some how trying to flash as they say with no luck

Make sure the image folder u want to flash contains a file called "force". If it says noforce rename to force.
I flash by putting the xpeedlx folder on usb
Put usb in back while box off
Turn box on. It should say flash then eventually "done".
Then turn off box
Remove usb
Insert empty usb that you'll be leaving in there.
And reboot the box

This is for ibox 2 plus but I think same flash procedure for all.
