Cloud iBox 2 + HDMI Issue

Hi all,
I'm having issues getting my HDMI working on my new Cloud Ibox 2 +.
Having taken some advice from the supplier and this forum:
I've tried using the Scart to reduce the quality on the TV.
I've tried it on a different TV (and tried the above again)
I've tried loading different images on.
I've tried leaving scart in and out and still only works with Scart lead.
Is there anything else I can try before confirming that it is a problem with the HDMI socket.

I have the same problem I thought I had it sorted but nope back to not picking up now . I think our sockets have just had it mine was brand new and had this problem straight from the box

Bad box solders are affecting 50% of boxs im receiving for past 3 weeks. Various ports affected.

Yeah suc I keep hearing it now too plus I think the side USB ports dodgy too but still a good box if ur ok with scart lead quality & one USB port lol

I just got two today and about to flash so better all be sorted.
Supplier buys from manufacturer only.
But boards have new qc sticker. New code sticker. Both bottom of box and external box barcodes are using diff printer for sure. And this weeks boxs have a far tighter helix on the case screws. Remember guys if u can afford it original boxs will be less hassle in long run :-)
