Cloud ibox2 not loading

Hi all,

new to this forum.

My cloud ibox2 is not turning on.

It keeps saying loading but its not turning on.

I'm not clued up about these things as someone came up and set up everything for me!

Is their anyway I can reboot this?
 
Try booting it without the usb drive plugged in. If it boots, then reformat the usb drive. Note it is a very bad idea to run these boxes for any length of time without a usb drive.

I'm not clued up at all about this, i know how to get to my channels and use a laptop thats about as much technology as I know!

So would i need to download something onto a usb and then plug it in to my cloud ibox2?

Any help is appreciated!!
 
Ok. First thing is have you got the details of ur 'line' backed up anywhere? Or even better an image backup?

This has happened my ibox II plus this morning. All was working fine last night and I didnt do any updates to software etc. Switched on this morning and getting Cloud screen and 'boot' showing on LCD. Any advice lads?

Ur not alone dude. You can try flashing the 041 in downloads but it still may happen. We dont know yet cause noones letting me know.
The 022 will defo fix . But if I was putting it on id roll back to 29/55/14 bootloader. But thats just me :)

Sorry I cant help with the cloud 2 but at a guess id say contact supplier for a handy backup or visit clou-ibox'dot'net for image to flash. Try to avoid any dated 01/08/14 - 29/09/14. They have boot issue.

Thanks Sucmnsee. I was on 022 from Aug and all working fine until this morning when I got this problem. Looks like a reflash with 022 then is needed, but was just curious as to how it just went faulty. So not sure if I need to roll back the bootloader if all was fine for past 2 months?
 
I really cant figure it out either. Random images. But it seems no one is even experiencing it on other forums much. Just 1 or two

Theres the other option that the hardware has changed since start of august slightly. Its only boxs since 01/08/14 that have done it my end.....
