So my z gemma star h1 has turned up, the sky turner works great. Plugged my vm cable feed in it and get BBC 1,2, itv etc no BBC hd etc. so I presume these are the f t a channels. I have tried to run tuner config for the cable , placed my network I'd as 00004 for cardiff, set scan additional sr to 6687 and tried to run automatic scan on tuner b - comes up with error failed to,scan ( error starting scan ). I have run a scan via autobouguetsmaker and choose virgin ok, states found 375 video , 38 radio. So my question is this right, why am I getting an error on trying to config turner or is it just a case my getting a vm line to unlock channels ??. .?.
