Are there devices, or workarounds for converting a BD-Rom drive so that an HDTV can accept the audio and video signal?
My living room BD player is on the fritz, and I no longer trust my iHES108 for ripping BD's for backups. It's began introducing Pixels and artifacts into the video stream. As you can imagine, this is quite a turnoff. So short of building a home theater pc, is there a way to convert my Drive to play in the living room? Playing in real time seems to be ok with the drive, but I don't want it extracting data from discs anymore. I can't trust it.
I'm probably just better off buying a new bd player eh?
