Corrupted Favourite TV Shows

My Favourite Tv Shows lists have been corrupted using Firestick w Tivimate and an app from my provider which I can’t mention.

Have any of you had a similar problem?
If so how did you resolve it please?

It's an iptv issue, it's not general chat. You can delete the other one

If you’ve added them to favourites try deleting them and try from within series
